What We Do

The Weston Education Enrichment Fund Committee ("WEEFC"), a subcommittee of the School Committee, raises and distributes funds to support innovative and creative programs for our schools. WEEFC's mission is to raise funds annually to provide programming, equipment and supplies not covered by the school budget to enrich the education of every student in the Weston Public Schools.  WEEFC grants allow for innovation in the classroom by supporting system-wide goals such as: enhancements to our award-winning arts and music programs, advancements in science, engineering and technology, and professional development.

WEEFC’s goal continues to be involving all members of the school community - 100% of families supporting 100% of Weston Public School students. Whether through financial contribution or volunteerism, every dollar and every hour you spend benefits all of the children in our system.

WEEFC frees the PTO from extensive fundraising duties and allows each group to concentrate its efforts without overlapping. This cooperation has worked well for the school system.  WEEFC helps the PTO, and the PTO helps WEEFC, each working to achieve our common goal of supporting the Weston Public Schools.
